How We’ll Work Together

I take a trauma-informed, whole-person approach, blending evidence-based therapy with somatic techniques for nervous system regulation, also incorporating breathwork and self-compassion practices. Our sessions won’t just be about symptom relief, they’ll be about getting to the root of your struggles and helping you to find balance and rebuild from the inside out.

Most importantly, I bring more than just clinical expertise, I bring lived experience. I know what it’s like to rebuild after profound loss, to sit in the depths of uncertainty, and to start over when life doesn’t go as planned. When it’s hard to see the light, I will hold hope for you until you can hold it for yourself. Yes, we’ll go deep. Yes, we’ll tackle the hard stuff. But we’ll also find moments of lightness, humor, and hope along the way as we co-create a safe space for transformation.
